Shipping methods

We use our agent or any 3rd party shipping company to ship your product at your door step within Dhaka, for outside Dhaka we have pickup locations. We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses you could consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately. You can also check to see if our shipping service is available for the address you intend to have your ordered products delivered to.

Inside Dhaka shipping: Delivers within 1-4 business days

Outside Dhaka shipping: Delivers within 2-7 business days

International shipping: We are currently unable to offer this service

Standard shipping: Delivery within 4 business days Inside Dhaka & within 7 Business days outside Dhaka
Express shipping: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to offer this service. This service only for Inside Dhaka.
International shipping: We are currently unable to offer this service

You can avail FREE DELIVERY at your intended address for a purchase of or more than BDT 5,000 (total weight must be no more than 3kg).

Please note, once your package weight crosses 1 kg, you will be charged an additional BDT 40 per kg.

Return Policy For Regular item Online order

a. If product have any physical damage you can change it within 3 working days .
b. You can change product size within 3 working days.
c. If You maintain product wash guideline but product bleed its color you can change it within 10 days
In any return issue you must contain invoice paper .
